Though they respect life, the rai will not hesitate to take it for the greater good. Anyone threatening innocent lives will often find themselves facing the wrath of the Collective military. Their fleets patrol much of the galaxy, seeking to right wrongs and cleanse injustice from the stars. Though they lack the numbers to completely stop hostile factions such as the ta’kesh and the chitai, the rai still act as a major deterrence to anyone looking to cause trouble.
